KornFerry: Celebrating Forty Years

In 2008, I spent my last semester of college studying abroad in Spain, flew back to the States to graduate a week later, and then somehow landed my first official job with Korn/Ferry in July.

There were a lot of things buzzing around in my mind at the time. I was trying to transition back into my life at home after being away for half a year, while simultaneously preparing myself for a new transition from college graduate to working professional. Fast forward to more than a year later, I am pleased with the decision I made coming here.

My time at Korn/Ferry has definitely been challenging and rewarding. I am truly grateful to be a part of the Global Marketing department, which in my humble opinion, is the coolest team at Korn/Ferry. At the end of the day, I know I made the right decision because I always find myself speaking highly of my colleagues outside of work.
