KornFerry: Celebrating Forty Years

I learned firsthand many years ago from my lifelong involvement in several nonprofit organizations that disadvantaged people depend on our determination to help in order to progress in their lives. When thinking about social responsibility I used to think about companies committed to supporting the communities in which they operate, or about industrial companies with sustainability initiatives. But I never thought that a recruitment and talent management company could play an important role in this regard.

After three years at Korn/Ferry, I know that I work for a company that really makes a difference. Apart from our initiatives to assist clients in the education and nonprofit sectors, I have realized that our mission is to place executives who with their contribution to our clients will have a socio-economic impact in our country. At the same time, our satisfaction results from improving people´s lives, which not only includes the executives but also the communities that benefit as a result of their contributions.
