INES KIRSCH

I have been working for Korn/Ferry International Vienna since 1994, and believe it or not, I am the last one standing from that era. So you can call me the prehistoric rock of Korn/Ferry Austria. Over the years, I have seen many interesting people come and go, and even today there is a constant exchange of knowledge and information within and among the Korn/Ferry family. The company became part of my life, not only professionally but personally as well, particularly when my youngest daughter arrived 11 years ago. To keep in touch with my work and to avoid becoming a bored housewife, I went to the office twice a week. While I was helping my colleagues to take care of our database, my baby daughter slept next to my desk peacefully. Today my daughter, Paula, is the "youngest Korn/Ferry team member here in Vienna" and loves to visit us. For those reasons – for the humanity and professionalism at Korn/Ferry – I appreciate the Firm very much. I love my job as a research associate. It is always involves new, interesting and exciting challenges, which can be sometimes frustrating and very intense, but never boring. And I look forward to many more exciting experiences at Korn/Ferry in the years ahead.
