KornFerry: Celebrating Forty Years

Once a year, in the São Paulo office, we have what is called “Family Friday,” which is an afternoon at work that is dedicated to our family and friends. We always have a lot of fun on this special day, which includes hot dogs, ice cream, cotton candy and a clown, among other things. For me, this day gives me the chance to show my daughter, my mother and others a little bit about where I spend most of my time during the week, and has always been filled with special moments. It has also given me the chance to meet or reconnect with the families of my colleagues here at the office and shows why Korn/Ferry Brazil is a great place to work. Prior to joining Korn/Ferry in 1999, I never had the pleasure of this experience for other companies where I had worked before.
