KornFerry: Celebrating Forty Years

I remember that two or three months after starting at Korn/Ferry, in the fall of 2007, we had a Partner’s Meeting in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, for all the partners in the Americas. I was very new at the company, still “learning the trade”, the culture of the company, and still evaluating my recent decision to join Korn/Ferry.

The Partner’s Meeting in Fort Lauderdale had a tremendously positive impact on me. To meet so many partners at one single event, to see the quality of our people as well as the leadership of our Firm, especially Paul and Gary, during this outstanding transformation that we have been engaged in now for the past few years, was very reassuring to me. I was very impressed to see that our leadership had a crystal clear vision of where we needed to go and what we, as a global team, needed to do in order to get there successfully. To see the leadership at that event with so much passion and enthusiasm helped me to feel VERY comfortable with the decision I had recently made to join a winning firm.
