KornFerry: Celebrating Forty Years

I had no idea back in 2004 as I stepped into an elevator on the 21st floor of an office building in LA that it would be the most life-changing ride of my life. By the time the elevator dropped me off in the lobby, I´d learned that the stranger sharing the cramped space with me was Don Spetner and managed to wrangle myself an interview for an opening he had in his department at Korn/Ferry. The expression "elevator pitch" has never been more apropos – good thing I had mine ready.
